We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted for both defective and non defective items.

For change-of-mind returns under our 30 day policy, items must be unused and in original condition. This does not prevent reasonable inspection or trying on an item, or limit your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. In many cases, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue before approving a return or refund.

If a return is required, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. For faulty or misdescribed goods, we cover reasonable return costs. Returns are processed by mail.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the request has been reviewed and approved.

We reserve the right to request a return or decline a refund if the request does not meet our policy conditions.
