Shipping & Delivery

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to the United Kingdom (UK), the United States (US), Canada (CAN), New Zealand (NZ) and Australia (AUS).
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: UK orders usually arrive in 5–7 business days. US orders usually arrive in 3–6 business days. Australian orders usually arrive in 2–12 business days depending on location. Canadian order usually arrive in 7-15 business days. New Zealand orders usually arrive in 7-20 business days. Times may vary depending on location, customs and regional delivery methods, these are just estimates based upon previous experience.
Q: Will I get tracking?
A: Absolutely. Every order includes a tracking link as soon as it’s dispatched.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: If your order hasn’t been printed or shipped yet, contact us quickly and we’ll update the address for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Because all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. 
Q: Can I swap sizes or colours?
A: We can’t exchange for size or colour since each item is custom printed. Please check the size guide before ordering. Size charts are available in both Imperial and Metric .
Q: My item arrived faulty or incorrect — what now?
A: If your order arrives damaged or with a print error, contact us within 14 days with photos and we’ll replace it free of charge.

Q: Are your T-shirts unisex?
A: Yes, our classic unisex tees are designed for everyone.
Q: Do you offer extended sizes?
A: Most products come in a wide size range. Check the product page for options.
Q: How do your hoodies fit?
A: True to size. Prefer a roomier feel? Many customers go one size up.

A: We do. Our Occult Collection includes Wiccan symbols, pentagrams, sigils, witch marks, and mystical artwork for modern witches and occult fans.

Q: How should I wash my T-shirt?
A: Turn inside out, wash cold with similar colours, and hang dry to keep it looking fresh. Care instructions are provided on the product pages.
Q: Hoodie care tips?
A: Wash cold and air dry. Avoid high heat to protect the print. Care instructions are provided on the product pages.

Q: Which payments do you accept?
A: PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and more. Our checkouts are secure and customers can buy with confidence.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
